Game crashing!

We thoroughly test our games prior to release in order to ensure they are bug-free. However, occasionally, some issues may arise that stem from the OS itself or from the DRM-layer misbehaviour. Whatever the reason, feel free to contact us and pinpoint the problem so we can fix it as soon as possible.

Game runs slowly

We use mostly 1-st generation devices for our development and testing, hence our games are optimized to run smoothly everywhere. Slowdowns may be caused by some background processes. If your framerate is below the playable threshhold try rebooting your device. And if that doesn't help, free some space on it deleting unused applications, videos and music - in some cases that should be enough to improve iOS performance.
